We are a Cheltenham-based company offering plumbing, heating, gas, electrical, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.


2. Services

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety, access, or conditions are not suitable.
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on final job scope.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur interest and recovery costs.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out charge.

Emergency call-outs are non-refundable once dispatched.


5. Guarantees & Warranties

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion (unless otherwise stated).

Manufacturer warranties apply for boilers and equipment installed.

Guarantees are void if work is altered or repaired by a third party.


6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorised access.

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of information, but we cannot guarantee it is always up to date.

All content (text, logos, images) is owned by Ubique and may not be copied or reused without permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for:

Delays or failure caused by events beyond our control

Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Faults arising from misuse or failure to follow our advice
